Amanda Lee, President and Managing Owner. Since 2000 Amanda has worked in the food service industry in a variety of capacities. She brings with her a wealth of experience, and an innovative management style in keeping with the corporate style outlined in this mission statement. Amanda is currently responsible for day-to-day operations of the restaurant, and works in the restaurant full-time as a server and hostess

George Trizis, Executive Chef. George is from Clearwater Florida, where he has worked as an Executive Chef for more than fifteen years. George has also owned and managed many restaurants within the Clearwater, Tampa Bay area, and brings more than 20 years of experience and knowledge to the team. George currently manages the kitchen, catering services, and inventory.
