Brew City Bakery is a small, start up bakery specializing in made to order gourmet pies and cheesecakes. This is currently a one person operation with the long term goal of running a full-time storefront bakery and cafe with full-time staff. Some of the products we bake are; french silk pie, carrot cake, fudge brownie chocolate chip cheesecake, white chocolate strawberry cheesecake and Ghirardelli chocolate cheesecake just to name a few.
