Company Summary

We are Bread Beaker. We take classic bread recipes and present them to people with innovative and exciting new flavors. Our initial product offerings will be a line of buns to be used for hamburgers and various sandwiches. Two flavors have been thoroughly tested and have completed their prototype phase; Chipotle and Bourbon Brown Sugar. We have two revenue streams. These include direct to consumer via our website and wholesale via supermarkets.

    I have six years of academic research and science experience as well as eighteen years of experience experimenting and evolving in the kitchen. I received my bachelors degree from The Ohio State University. Through the knowledge I received from my academic career and having experience in several industries such as health care, food, and sales, I have armed myself with expertise to have my business grow and thrive.
