Marc is a veteran design and innovation consultant from BCG and frog design inc. He has run product strategy, development, and innovation programs for HP, SC Johnson, and NASA among others, delivering dozens of products, services, and experiences to market.

Derek was born racing motorcycles, and has spent a career in design, engineering, and manufacturing. If it can be built, Derek can build it. He is a renaissance, self-taught engineer who architected and developed the revolutionary BRD drivetrain from scratch.

Jeff is a veteran of the outdoor sports and recreation industry, filing his first patent at age 16 on the skateboard trucks he was casting out of his garage. He later invented the step-in snowboard binding, leading Switch to acquisition by Vans. He has over 30 years of experience in building brands, designing, developing, and manufacturing 100s of products. He is responsible for the breathtaking form of the RedShift.

Victor successfully developed the sales program and dealer network for Vectrix Corporation, leading them to 100 dealerships and 2800 unit sales in their first year, still a record for any electric two-wheeler. At BRD, we are leveraging his strategy, expertise, and network to repeat and exceed his prior success.
