IV Beverage will soon be dissolved and replaced by a newly formed Delaware C-corp called Rev Beverage Co. Rev makes healthy, innovative nitro-infused cold brew teas that taste delicious.
IV Beverage was a graduate of the Startup UCLA 2020 summer accelerator and established revenue with its alpha test products. Rev is building from this initial success and looks to take advantage of the traction that has already been established.
