With special expertise in laser technology, he’s been responsible for more than 50 R&D projects including technology transference to different industries. Founded 2 Universitys’ Research Labs and 3 High Technology enterprises. Member of Internation Society for Optics&Photonics, Laser Institute of America, International Commission for Optics, Russian Laser Association and Mexican Optics Academy.

MBA degree in 1999 in University of Havana. Expertise in International Logistics Operations and International Business Legislation. Business Experience as a General Manager of Naviera Cosignataria Mambisas, and Acali Maritime Shipping Co., in London; Operations Manager of Nordstrand Shipping Co in Greece and General Manager of International Maritime Representations in Mexico. Currently he works as a Commercial Manager of the Trading Company REXXA

ScD in Physics since 2004. Project Leader for 13 R&D projects. Registered 2 patents and 10 industrial laser prototypes. Published more than 70 papers for specialized magazines. Member of the Research National System, Level 1 and winner of several International Awards. Worked for Laserhouse AG in Switzerland and currently he coordinates the Laser Technology Group at the Applied Science Research Center of the IPN in México.
