Concussion's, or any other brain trauma in Football, are not caused because of the hit on the outside of the helmet. They are caused because of the Brain "crashing" the skull, when the skull is suddenly stopped (the result of the hit). The problem with all the improvements in Football helmet design recently, they don't take this into account. Brain Cocoon does.
