  • Wayne is a qualified Chartered Accountant and spent 7 years working in London at the investment banking giants Morgan Stanley and Credit Suisse. In 1999 he co-founded Global Vision, a software services and products company. The company implemented a number of high profile successful software projects and developed a number of products across a range of business sectors. Wayne is responsible for the Finance & Operations functions within Bozza.

    Andrew is well published, has a PhD in Human Computer Interaction and has industry experience ranging from the User Experience Architect for Mxit, one of the largest chat platforms Mxit, to being a lead consultant at the most prestigious user experience agency, Flo, doing design, strategy and prototyping. His experience gives Bozza UX & interaction design expertise, product design, technical facilitation and strategic product implementation.

    Head of Content and Editorial Strategy

    Emma has a solid history in digital publishing, broadcast & education; with twenty years in the film industry & two years in news broadcasting with NBC News. She has extensive experience as an educator & publisher in tertiary education & NGO/NPO sectors. Most recently, Emma headed up Editorial Operations at Media24 Digital News. She has a Phd in African Cities & Letters and has been named ‘a person to watch’ in digital media (2015) by The Annual.
