Kyoko Kaneda is Vice President of Nexops, a boutique web design and development firm, where she is responsible for overseeing project fulfillment, staffing development teams, and managing client accounts. She has directed the development of interactive web properties and custom business applications for dozens of organizations, including JPMorgan Chase, Johnson & Johnson, the United Nations Foundation, and Adobe Systems.

Mr. Reese brings more than 20 years of experience in finance and startups in the US and UK. He is the Managing Partner of Forge Intellectual Capital a business advisory and consulting firm. Mr. Reese was instrumental in securing the funding for Bownce. Mr. Reese is th co-founder of the Minority Angel Investor Network. He has participated in the sell of several startup including one he founded and sold in 2000.
