Aubrie Pagano founded Bow & Drape after seeing an opportunity to provide sophisticated shoppers more choice. Prior to B&D, Aubrie was a Management Consultant at Fidelity Investments and also headed up strategy for Emily Muller Apparel. She holds a BA from Harvard ('08) and studied the rise of consumer culture in 20th century America.

Chirag has been an engineer managing teams for over 10 years. He previously co-founded MassChallenge finalist startup Ringtela and worked for Pluris Marketing and Burst Media.

Shelly has grown up in a manufacturing family with years of experience in fashion apparel and steel. Prior to Bow & Drape, Shelly also worked in business development and for Teach for America.
