Courtney’s passion for online marketing developed during her 5 years as an Interactive Strategist at Swanson Russell. Courtney is active in the community as one of the leaders of the Nebraska User Experience (UX) group.

    Founder

    Ella graduated from the Raikes School in Computer Science and Management at UNL with an undergraduate degree in computer science and an MBA in May of 2007. Ella began her career as a project manager at PayPal in Omaha, NE. She then spent 4 years as an Interactive Strategist and then as the Manager of the Interactive Strategy and Project Management team at Swanson Russell, one of the largest marketing and advertising agencies in the midwest.

    John McCarthy came on as Boutique Window’s CTO in July 2013. John graduated from the Raikes School in Computer Science and Management at UNL in 2006. John has 7 years of development experience. Prior to joining Boutique Window, John worked at Hudl and Penlink.
