Matt Jamie is an entrepreneur who founded Bourbon Barrel Foods in 2006. He studied English at Knox College and attended the University of Florida graduate school for exercise physiology, but returned to his true passion, food and cooking, after a year of study. Matt is a self taught, classically trained chef who uses his culinary creativity to develop unique and innovative new products for the Bourbon Barrel Foods and Woodford Reserve brands.

Don Freytag is an advisor to Bourbon Barrel Foods. In this role working closely with Founder and President Matt Jamie and Sales Director Annie Kuzmicky, Don provides strategic business guidance and assists in all aspects of the business. Don also serves as Chief Marketing and Sales Officer of Hawaii Sea Spirits, a fast-growing business based in Maui, Hawaii which owns, manufactures and markets an ultra-premium spirit brand called Ocean Vodka.

Annie Kuzmicky is Sales Director of Bourbon Barrel Foods, based in Louisville, Kentucky. In this role and working closely under the guidance of Founder and President Matt Jamie, Annie is responsible for the implementation and execution of all sales functions. Annie has a Master’s Degree in Human Resources Education. Annie enjoys bringing new brands to market and leveraging her experience to build relationships and drive sales.
