We developed an ergonomically efficient design that utilizes a rotational center handle. Our tools (shovels, rakes, brooms, pitchforks, etc.) maximize muscle usage and diminish strain - increasing stamina and reducing injury.

    President & CEO

    Stephen Walden is the founder, CEO and President of Bosse Tools LLC. Stephen received his undergraduate and M.B.A. in finance from Loyola Marymount. He works full time on Bosse Tools and previously worked for a tech startup in Los Angeles. Walden is from Phoenix and grew up working for his father's real estate development company, which was his first exposure to hardware tools, as he spent time working with his father remodeling houses.

    VP of Operations

    Aaron Gagleard is the newest member of Bosse Tools and has received his business degree from the W.P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University. He and 2 others recently launched a new, innovative, patented golf training aid called "The Swing Setup." The product was voted Best New Product at the 2013 PGA Fall Expo in Las Vegas.

    Bob has held many roles at Home Depot, from Home & Garden merchant to Senior Director for live goods. His mentorship leverages a vast collection of contacts in the same exact industry that Bosse is newly entering - with respect to both retail distribution and manufacturing.

    Jerry founded a company by the name of Color Spot Nurseries over 40 years ago and is now the largest supplier of live 'green' goods in the US with over $350M in annual revenue. He sells the most products to Home Depot, Ace Hardware, Wal-Mart and Target of any distributor in his field (third most to Lowe's). His mentorship leverages experience in new ventures as well as taking products to market in the arena of 'big-box' stores.
