Sumantra is a graduate of the West Bengal National University of Juridical Sciences, Kolkata, one of India's top law schools. He has worked at Amarchand and Mangaldas and Suresh A. Shroff and Company, India's largest law firm, and has been part of transaction teams assisting some of India's biggest private equity and venture capital investors.

Supratik is a management professional and has worked with MNCs like Nestle, HSBC, Dell and Intel in Sales, Operations and Human Resources. He completed his bachelors from St Xavier’s College Calcutta and is a management graduate from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences in Mumbai. He is passionate about riding motorcycle and also holds a Level 1 certification on track riding techniques.
