Prior to founding BBC Easy, James worked at Microsoft Corporation for 7 years where he ran program management teams delivering products such as Xbox 360 and Windows 7. He holds multiple patents and created new teams and businesses within Microsoft. Prior to Microsoft, James ran the Engineering and IT departments for MidStream Technologies, a startup company funded by over $48MM. James is a graduate of the University of Alaska in Computer Science.

Corey was a VP with Bank of America and Banner Bank. At BoA he started and ran the Northwest factoring division. During Corey's tenure, the Northwest department was the highest producing department in the nation. At Banner Bank Corey was an Assistant Vice President - Commercial Banking Officer where he managed a portfolio of large, medium and small business loans. Corey is a graduate of Eastern Washington University in Finance and Economics.
