Prior to Lumeta, as CEO/COO, Hickey lead Incurrent Solutions through a turn-around and successful exit to Online Resoucses Corp. Prior to Incurrent, Hickey was President/COO of QSS North America where he helped start/grow the business from $0 to $30M and participated in the company's successful sale to Telelogic AB.

Coddington brings more than 15 years of technology industry experience and is responsible for finance, accounting, HR and legal/contracts management. Prior to joining BOON, Coddington was CFO/Secretary for Lumeta. Prior to Lumeta, Coddington was VP Finance/Controller for Telelogic North America, Quality Systems & Software, and Networld Inc.

Moher has more than 13 years of successful management experience in sales, focused on the retail gift card and incentive industry. Moher has worked with leaders such as Incomm, giftcertificates.com, and Incent One.
