Garg is the former executive chef of the Halekulani hotel in Honolulu, Hawaii, overseeing the culinary programs of House Without a Key, Orchid, Lewers Lounge, and La Mer. It was here that Garg used his training in French, Mediterranean, and Southeast Asian cuisine—as well as deep knowledge of his own Indian heritage—to craft an innovative menu. He serves as honorary chef for renowned restaurants in New York, Iceland, Maryland, and France.

Since 2000, as President and CEO of Global Entertainment Productions, Tuffy has been sought after to be producer and show manager of various show entities. Tuffy has been the producer and show manager of the Moscow State Circus and the Moscow International Circus, which played in venues across the country with over 5,000 shows to date. He also
produced “Cirque Hawaii” at the old Imax Waikiki Theater, and “Cirque Polynesia” in Maui.
