Richard T. Azar, Founder and Managing Member of BoomerPPL LLC. Richard is a professional management consultant and project manager with thirty years experience, largely with the consulting practices of E&Y and PwC. His focus is on strategy and business platform planning and has also led IT consulting practices and major IT projects. In 2005 Richard founded The Fast Track Group, a management consultancy with institutional clients.

Mary has extensive experience in finance, accounting, strategic planning, fund raising and mergers and acquisitions. She has led transactions at private equity firms, family offices and several major corporations. Mary earned a BA degree from Wellesley College, an MBA from the Yale School of Management and a Masters in Accounting and Taxation from the University of Hartford. She holds a CPA license from the state of New York.

Christopher C. Connor, Founder of Connor Insurance Group, a leading insurance agency on Long Island. A top insurance producer himself, Chris has quickly grown his agency to a staff of 18 insurance professionals. Chris holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the State University of New York.
