David has more than 31 years of experience in the Aerospace/Defense industry in a variety of leadership positions. He has held leadership positions in Engineering, Program Management, Lean Six Sigma and Quality. Among his significant previous positions, David served as Director of Hardware Engineering for Lockheed Martin. David holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Florida Institute of Technology.

Founder and CEO of StarQuartz. Chris set up and ran a 30,000 SF manufacturing plant, established a sale and marketing team that sold product to over 500 distributors’ nationwide including Canada. Chris brings to the team over 13 years of corporate experience in product development, sales and marketing, manufacturing, as well as corporate & board level experience. Chris has a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical engineering and holds several patents.

Bill Hall is a technology sector veteran with over 25 years' experience. Bill's expertise spans social media, consumer electronics, mobile, & big data. Bill has served as a Business Development executive for some of the largest brands in tech including Science Applications International Corp (SAIC), Carlyle Group/Federal Data Corporation and Digital Systems International Corp. Bill is a graduate of the University of Maryland at College Park.

Craig has over 20 years of experience at the CFO and Controller level in the transportation, construction and service industries. He has worked with medium size businesses up to Fortune 500 companies and has had the full range of financial management responsibilities - financing, treasury, accounting, risk management, and information technology. He is also a Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor.

Ryan has approximately 3 years of experience in startup leadership positions.
He founded a technology company at the age of 20, where he worked on Product Design and (UX) User Interface to improve the overall usability of several mobile applications. He then founded another tech company at the age of 22 known as Boomerang Corporation, where he was responsible for the concept behind the product he and his team are currently creating.

Martin Figueroa-Ramirez has over 6 years of digital branding and guerrilla marketing experience. Developed his own brand (ROM sneaker artist), and In a few short years he has gone from being a driven college kid to one of the World's Top Ten Sneaker Artists. Garnering the interest of the most elite brands within the footwear industry. Graduated with his degree in Media & Communication Studies at UMBC (2011).

Max Fashola has over 5 years of sales and marketing experience having started and consulted multiple startup businesses over the years. Received his Associates from Howard Community College, and is currently pursuing his bachelors at Maryland, College Park. Started his own clothing brand called VINTAGE Clothing Co. Has experience in dealing with direct sales, marketing, and customer service making him a valuable member for the Boomerang team.

Rachel has over 3 years of experience in the startup community. Has Associates Degree from Howard Community College. She helped co-found a technology company known as Steeze, LLC at the age of 18, where she assisted with product development and financial planning. Rachel is also responsible for co-founding the tech corporation known as Boomerang, where she applies her knowledge of finance, business, and marketing.

Michael's retail career began in 1992 at Best Buy. He worked his way up from store Sales Manager to Corporate Buyer responsible for mobile electronics, portable audio and accessories.. Acquired the Senior Buyer position with the team that built and launched Bestbuy.com. He later left Best Buy in 2003 to pursue a career as an independent sales representative calling on retailers, including Best Buy, Target, Apple Stores & more.

Luke Chow is the CEO of Prime Manufacturing, a Maryland based manufacturer specializing in plastic injection molding, metal injection molding, silicone molding and pre-assembly of components in the following industries: Medical Automotive Electronics Telecommunications Agriculture Construction Luke brings to Boomerang manufacturing expertise and leadership experience, an advanced manufacturing facility and relationships in China.
