    Prior to Founding Booktrack, Paul trained as an Aeronautical Engineer and for over a decade flew as an officer with the Royal New Zealand Air Force before founding a division of a high tech electronics and software company that provides products and services to the global defence industry. Under Paul's leadership, this company became one of the top 20 fastest growing companies in New Zealand. In 2010 Paul co-founded Booktrack with brother, Mark.

    Mark is VP Strategic Partners & co-founder of Booktrack. He is a successful entrepreneur and business leader based in Hong Kong owning & operating Sports & Spinal Physiotherapy Centre, a successful chain of health clinics in downtown Hong Kong, where his skills in business development, human resource management, and mergers and acquisitions, enabling him to build a financially lucrative business model that continues to expand.

    Jason is the ex-General Manager Yahoo! Education and Yahoo! Kids and veteran of several startups. Jason is a user acquisition and Business Development specialist, former classroom teacher and technology coordinator. Jason leads Booktrack's San Francisco Office.

    VP Publishing

    Cameron is a veteran of the Publishing Industry and was an early member of Kobo.com's senior management team and has extensive experience in Online Retail & B2B ecommerce publishing. His wheelhouse includes content acquisition, growing new & existing business models, contract negotiation, international expansion, and hunting down strategic partnerships. Cameron leads and develops Booktrack's publishing relationships in North America.

    Craig has been leading organizations and delivering software solutions in software design, architecture and management roles for over 17 years. Craig was the co-founder & CEO of Black Coffee Software which in 2004 was awarded 10th fastest growing NZ company before selling in 2008.

    Tom is the General Manager of Weta Digital and was instrumental in making Weta Digital emerge as an international powerhouse in the world of visual effects, connect with offshore markets and, most importantly, grow.

  • Poojitha "Pooj" Preena
    Director

    Poojitha "Pooj" Preena has extensive business development experience with a diverse range of technology related clients, from startup through to Fortune 25 companies. Of note, Pooj was the first US employee at Skype negotiating and managing key partnerships, and completed the Business Development Role for Dropbox that was key to the business growth. Pooj is a master deal maker and brings vast knowledge and industry contacts to Booktrack.

    Abhinav is a successful Merchant Banker being the former Head of Investment Products & Structured Equity Solutions for RBS Asia Pacific, Head of Merrill Lynch Asia Pacific for Structured derivatives as well as JP Morgan experience.

    VP Marketing

    Liz Ridout is the VP Marketing at Booktrack. Liz is based in Toronto and was previously the VP or Marketing and Communications at Kobo. She was instrumental in growing Kobo from zero to 20million paying customers. Liz originally studied engineering at Cornell.
