Manages - Book Fulfillment Team will go to work upon receipts of retail or consumer orders received for my books. The fulfillment team will handle services ranging from order processing, payment processing, packaging and shipping and customer service for orders. They will provide me information on the placement and the status of an order, or any information and question about a bookseller.

- A Publicist who will help me develop my marketing strategy and put me in front of big media—radio, television, print, and online. The publicist will also help me hone my message and clarify my brand so I can reach readers. They will be people who have spent years cultivating relationships with media and industry professionals and have access to contacts I will not be able to reach on my own.

- Industry Gurus who will be some movers and shakers already commanding a strong following in the same area. They will deal in the topics and genres my books covers. I will cultivate a relationship with these people. They’re connected and know what my readers are looking for. They will get me into events, expositions, festivals, awards and speaking engagements that will put me directly in front of my target audience.
