Having owned and operated a successful PR and marketing company dedicated to authors since April of 2014, Melissa has built a strong network of publishers, authors, bloggers, and other industry professionals. Under her guidance, many authors have hit lists such as USA Today, New York Times, Wall Street Journal, and countless Amazon bestseller lists.

With 15+ years of experience optimizing business operations, Kyle effectively increases efficiency through software design and technology management. In previous roles, he has been responsible for all technology concerns, establishing efficient workflows across multiple disciplines and departments. He has designed and developed applications for dozens of businesses in a variety of industries. He directs operations and product management for B+M.
