1) Temporary rents: the landlord pays a commission of 15% for every confirmed reservation on our platform.

2) Demographic data: We offer demographic reports (people, age, gender, income, by hours, tourist vs residents, etc) in the zone of the store so the brand can choose the best space for their popup store without the guesswork.
