Justin Beyers has a broad background in engineering with a focus on electrical engineering and software development related to ultrasonics and control systems. As an engineer and Director of R&D for Bonutti technologies, Justin has been responsible for leading cross functional teams in many areas of research including, but not limited to: intraoperative ultrasonic welding of polymers, and ultrasound for treatment of chronic rhinosinusitis.

Tonya received her BS in Electrical Engineering from Southern Illinois University and then joined the R&D team at Bonutti Technologies. Over the last 6 years, she has assisted the team with designing new and innovative medical electrical equipment, specifically ultrasonic energy applications. Her experience ranges from prototyping, pre-production of products, design, part specification, purchasing and medical electrical testing.

Patrick has over 28 years of medical device and biotechnology industrial experience. He is responsible for developing and implementing regulatory and clinical strategies for Bonutti Technologies medical device companies and for ensuring compliance to U.S. FDA and international quality standards. In his interactions with FDA, Patrick has received marketing clearance for over 20 510(k)s.

Nicole received a B.S. degree in physics with a minor in mathematics from Millikin University in 2013. In 2015, she received a Masters degree in biomedical engineering from Southern Illinois University – Carbondale. Her research at the graduate level consisted of studying 3D printed Hela cells and studying treatments for cancer.
