We are planning to open a mobile service restaurant named “Bong Bus” which would serve casual Bengali cuisine. It would provide cultural experience for the locals and maintain the interest of Bengali cuisine among each and every one. The bus would be a double decker one with restaurant on the upper deck and take away counter on the lower.
