Cimlinc was sold to Boeing. KPMG made John Entrepreneur of the Year for Chicago. He grew his prior company from $0.4 M to $28 M over 8 years and was a Marine Core Officer

Anders was the COO / CFO of S&S Cycle, a motorcycle powersports company, where he led a successful turnaround including growing the company by 40% by pursuing new customers. Previously, Anders was CFO of a $700 million division of publicly traded Spectrum Brands and CFO of a PE sponsored company that grew from zero to $100 million, raising $30 million. Anders was also a management consultant to $50 M to $3 B companies. Anders has a Wharton MBA

Robb spent most of his career at Harley-Davidson in various engineering positions including several with Chief Engineer responsibilities. Robb was the first engineer working on creating the V-Rod bike and was the project manager taking it through the engineering and production process. Robb also spent time in supplier management and was involved in setting up Harley’s production in India. Robb has a BSME from Marquette and an MBA from Keller.
