Darwesh has 7 years of experience building data centers and cloud environments for enterprise customers and started Bolt after learning about Imagination’s IP and experiencing, first-hand, limitations of existing accelerators (performance, flexibility, and price).

Rufino has significant experience in the semiconductor industry - a combined 26 years. As a Marketing Manager at Xilinx for over 6 years, he managed the launch of Spartan 3 and 3E FPGAs. Most recently, as the VP & GM of Wave Computing for almost 5 years he oversaw all operations across multiple funding rounds.
