Scottish entrepreneur with two decades of international experience in construction, education and building startups. Fraser is the Co-founder and former CEO of OnisVida, our sister company in Mexico. During his tenure with OnisVida, Fraser successfully designed and implemented the Bolster business model and contractual framework and secured Infonavit (Latin America´s largest mortgage lender) as a client and HSBC and Aserta as partners.

Until very recently Mike was Managing Director of Raptor Accelerator, part of Raptor Group in New York. He is an experienced operating professional and has been an active participant in the private equity and venture capital industry for the past seven years, having led major projects and initiatives in the hospitality, consumer product, retail and industrial sectors.

Gene is involved in business strategy and development and oversees all of the company's legal activities. He has over 15 years of experience representing technology, Internet and media companies (including Napster, Inc. MTV Networks and Time Warner Inc.) in a wide range of IP, corporate and commercial matters. He has a B.S. in Electrical engineering from M.I.T. and a law degree from Harvard.
