The Bogies to Birdies LLC is made up of S.F. Bay Area professionals that have spent the last 7 years amassing pertinent data relative to this project, including meeting with the regulatory agencies having jurisdiction on the site.

The city is mandating Public Open Space/Recreation Areas to be included as part of the proposed development, and our team is poised to design, build and operate all those areas for passive, semi-active and active use.
