Brad joined Bode's 2 years ago, coming from technology development and an automated manufacturing background. Brad helped several companies transition from owner/operator structure to a distributed management team. He was twice nominted for Ernst & Young Canadian Entrepreneur of the Year, Manufacturing, in Western Canada.

Mike founded the company 21 years ago. A cabinet maker by trade he built Bode's into a respected institution in the Ottawa Capital region, relying on meticulous attention to product detail while maintaining healthy corporate profits. Mike has begun to expand his market across Canada and in to the US recently opening up profitable new market opportunities complementary to the core business.
