Roberta has 23 years of experience serving her community. She is a Gulf War Veteran (U.S. Air Force 90-94). She worked for 9 years in a residential facility for abused and neglected children as a direct-care provider; she also ran the business office and campus operations and supervised all support services. She has always been focused on quality improvement. She has an undergrad degree in Psych from UIUC and is currently completing her EMBA.
