Professional bakery experience, extensive coffee shop experience, imaginative, creative, extensive customer service skills and her experience as a chocolatier are valuable attributes to our business. She is a student at the University of Mississippi graduating with a B.A. in Sociology in December 2013. A degree in Sociology gives her a unique view of our society and what drives consumers’ needs and wants.

Extensive customer service skills and retail experience make her a valuable partner. She holds a B.A. in Media Productions from the University of Southern Mississippi. A degree part of the school of Mass Communication and Journalism gives her the marketing, public relation and media production experience necessary to launch a local business.
