Prior to founding BoardProspects, Mark practiced corporate law in the Boston area for more than 10 years. He earned his undergraduate degree from the College of the Holy Cross and his law degree (cum laude) from Suffolk University Law School and serves on the boards of several non-profit and private companies. He has lectured and written extensively on the topics on corporate governance and boardroom issues.

Before co-founding BoardProspects, Robert practiced law in Boston. He earned his undergraduate and master’s degrees from Connecticut College, and his law degree from Northeastern University. Robert held positions as Asst. Director of Information Technology at Roxbury Latin School and Director of Information Technology and at the Winchendon School. He currently serves on the Advisory Board of IvyShip Ventures, Inc. and clikMedia, Inc.

Ashton brings to BoardProspects more than 16 years of experience in information technology and software development. Ashton most recently served as Chief Technology Officer at EveryMatrix, Ltd., where he led the execution of the company’s technology strategy and supervised a technology team of more than 100 analysts, developers and designers.
