Frank has over 20 years of experience as a marketing professional. He spent many years in family owned businesses, where he managed the daily operations for four women’s apparel manufacturing companies in New York’s Chinatown. As operations manager, Frank oversaw the manufacturing and production of all orders as well as negotiations with manufacturers, distributors, designers and corporate customers.

Esther has over 20 years of experience in communications and design and is recognized as a leader within the creative community as creative director of promotion agencies in Korea, Puerto Rico and the U.S. Esther’s experience include several years of managing the retail operations of her family business and was responsible for the store’s daily operations, financial management, merchandising, product display, product procurement and sales.
