Prior to Bluwage, Manish was also work in VECV, Pithampur, Swiggy as intern to learn the working process of company. As a founder & CEO for his first startup "Pingaroo" where he developed and be specialties in Leadership, Startups, Business, Product Business.

Mangesh was a core team member at Bluwage E-COMMERCE company and has led a core team of marketing. He has graduated from NIT Meghalaya. Having worked across varied functions like Business Development, Business Planning, Critical Decision Making, and Business Intelligence, he has expertise in data analyst and decision making.

Harsh has experience of building multiple design of businesses. He completed his engineering from IIT Ropar. He is expertise in critical decision making and fast mover in Management.

Nitesh has experience in the management sector.
He has worked for Park Benz in the past. He holds dual degrees* and doing MBA from Jamia Hamdard University, New Delhi. Having worked across varied functions like Quality of Valls, Marketing, Packaging & Labelling management. He has deep expertise in Pharmaceutical Management and ABC Analysis.
