The Company has combined the first Over-The-Top mobile messenger for public employees with a universal directory (“The Grid”) that allows users to find each other by region, agency, or expertise and connect one-to-one or in groups. The Grid already has 10.8mm profiles. The app is free; the Company makes money through both ad sponsorship and Enterprise application fees.

    Riker previously built and led Kroll's Data Solutions business from concept to $40MM in revenue in 36 months. Riker founded, Storm Exchange, a venture-backed climate hedge business and was also founding CEO, Ecoverage, a venture-backed company that was the first company to price, sell and service auto insurance over the Internet.

    Weiss is a seasoned manager and business architect who most recently led the Los Angeles office for Altegrity (later Kroll), a startup services firm created within a portfolio controlled by Providence Equity. Weiss was twice elected to the Los Angeles City Council, where he chaired the Public Safety And Information Technology Committees. He began his career as an Assistant U.S. Attorney, prosecuting white-collar crime and government fraud.

    Mancuso's genius is product design and user experience. Mancuso most recently led the creative vision, strategy and execution of innovative and advanced interactive marketing communications programs for clients of Horn Design, a leading web design house based in New York and San Francisco. At Horn, Mancuso’s work incorporated smart social hooks into integrated campaigns built from a central idea, backed with metrics across the digital landscape.

    Yorke is an Information Architect with a background in Agile and social networking. Yorke most architected a social, professional network for NBCUniversal. She also previously served as Lead Interactive Developer for WebMd, where she built several interactive data-driven tools with dynamically-generated interfaces that communicate with a web service, track user activity, and report on metrics.

  • Geske is an experienced web application architect and developer with experience across a range of industries and languages. Geske previously was a lead developer with Horn Design, where he consulted with clients and architecture and development teams. Geske also managed all infrastructure and engineering aspects of one of the largest worldwide distributors of Cisco products as well as leading Germany auto manufacturers.
