Don began his career in 1984 with Micron Technology, Inc. (NYSE: MU). By 1989 Mr. Baldwin had risen to the level of National Sales Manager and by 1991 was Vice President of World Wide Sales. During his career at Micron he served in a variety of functions including President of Micron Semiconductor, President of Micron Asia, President of Micron Europe, as well as a variety of other senior positions within Micron.

Jennifer has over 20 years of corporate finance and strategic consulting experience across a spectrum of industries. Most recently, Ms. Kean was Treasurer with Coeur d’Alene Mines (NYSE:CDE) and Director of Corporate Finance at Sony Pictures Entertainment (NYSE: SNE). Prior to her time with Sony, Ms. Kean was a strategic consultant with PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLC, and Ernst & Young, LLC, where she provided financial and operational guidance.

CJ specializes in process and product development, sustainability, and field engineering. Through his 12 years of experience in construction and manufacturing, he acquired a wide range of skills in management, production, and development. After graduating from the University of Idaho with a BS in Chemical Engineering,

has a broad perspective of design and leadership in engineering. His 15 years of experience has brought him a diverse spectrum of skills in development, fabrication, production and management. He developed his skills at Itronix Corporation and Trident Systems designing rugged computing devices, C4ISR devices, UAV payloads and RF equipment for both the consumer market and DOD. He has extensive experience in developing processes and procedures.
