Mr.Edmond grew up in the cleaning industry. As a previous marketing executive for a leading digital media company, Mr.Edmond founded BlueField out of passion to transform the cleaning industry. His goal was to use technology to improve the industry. Mr.Edmond holds a B.A In Political Science from Texas A&M University, and is IMC Mastered Certified through the International Janitorial Cleaning Services Association.

Shantell Lacy come to BlueField from the oil industry. Her innovative human resource training and guidance has allowed BlueField to start off our company in the right direction. The cleaning industry is a high turn-over industry. Ms.Lacy has devised strategic plans of action to retain and grew our technicians. Her most recent project is the Dream&Build Employee ownership program.

Robert comes to BlueField with over 15 years of hospitality and housekeeping industry experience. He was attracted to the innovative-technology approach of BlueField. Robert ensures our customers are receiving optimal customer service on the ground-level.
