Blue Revolution adapts aquaponic technology (filtering fish farm water with hydroponic vegetables) to commercial scale. This technology is already widely used on a small scale and allows up to 95% recycling of water. Customers are aquaculture producers ($100 billion/year and growing fast) and greenhouse vegetable growers ($75 billion/year, also growing fast). BR's demo project will be organic caviar and vegetables for premium consumer markets.
