Mr. Lopez received his Master’s degree in National Security & Public Safety from the University of New Haven in 2012 and is enrolled at the Graduate School of Library and Information Science at the University of Illinois. His vision for Worldview was conceived in November 2010 out of the desire to leverage social media as a means of enhancing people’s understanding about global events, especially in regards complex social and political issues.

Mr. Simmons is a recent graduate of Southern Connecticut State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and minor in Computer Science. From the project’s inception Mr. Simmons has co-led the project, assisting in refining many of Worldview’s core concepts, including remodeling Worldview’s user-interface design. Mr. Simmons has provided counsel in business matters and strategic planning.

Mrs. Distefano is a Licensed Attorney in the State of Connecticut and currently works as an Attorney Advisor for the U.S. Federal Government. Mrs. Distefano’s understanding of business and her legal education has been valuable to company strategy and decision-making. While she currently assisting as the company’s Corporate Secretary, she also contributes to board-level strategy and decision making.
