    Rich is a veteran of the Talent Acquisition industry where he served as a Recruiter, Business Development Manager, and lastly Vice President of Sales & Marketing for the nation’s most selective Junior Military Officer corporate recruiting firm. Prior to this work, Rich was an Aviation Officer in the US Army. Rich is a combat veteran, and graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point.
