Palmi is an entrepreneur with a proven record of accomplishment for inorganic & organic growth, cross-border M&A, & leadership in the seafood sector. Palmi founded Atlantis, his first seafood company, in 2002, which by 2006 had annual revenues in excess of $150 million.

Edgar, the lead investor, brings a lifetime of industrial engineering experience to the company, where he will use his knowledge in process optimization. Edgar has been in charge of several housing, condo, commercial, & hospital development projects in Venezuela, Trinidad & Tobago while working at MDT, one of Venezuela’s leading construction firms.
