Founder/Presidentover 20 years of professional culinary management experience, Committed to pursuing his passion for food, he received culinary training at the New York Restaurant School in Manhattan, specializing in Culinary Arts Restaurant Management and Bartending. Derrick has continued his education through certifications and training in hospitality and supervision etc. He is currently employed as Banquet Chef with Dave & Busters in Honolulu, Hawaii.

Deidra SmithVice PresidentDeidra Smith is the wife of Derrick Smith (Owner). She attended Walters State Community College and the University of Tennessee where she majored in studio/fine arts and business management. Today, Deidra is employed as Store Manager for Kimobean Coffee. also held positions as Shift Lead and Assistant Manager prior to assuming her current role as manager. Responsibilities include ordering and managing inventory, payroll, scheduling etc.

Prior work experience includes internships with Dower Realty and Ameriprise Financial where he provided general administrative support. His background also includes store management as a Executive Sales Associate for Sunglass Hut where he managed inventory, prepared cash deposits and provided corporate training.

He received a Bachelor of Arts in English from California State University, Sacramento and is Serve Safe Certified. Mark places focus on guest needs while striving to meet/surpass corporate sales and goals. He has managed multi-million dollar operations and is capable of working with a wide variety of people.
