Matthew has direct experience in a number of industries including high tech, manufacturing, commercial real estate, financial services, and health care, focusing on strategy, sales, marketing and operational improvements. Through this ongoing work, Matthew has developed a particular expertise in operational improvement as well as investment research and analysis.

Aaron opened the first Fitness Together franchise in the Southeast. He grew his franchise to twelve locations with seventy-two employees in only three years. One of his locations achieved the highest grossing revenues of any of the nearly 500 Fitness Together franchises in the United States. He facilitated lead-generation marketing and establishing Fitness Together as the most recognized name in personal training.

A Board Certified Otolaryngologist, Dr. Lockette has been in solo private practice for 9 years. In addition to his practice, Dr. Lockette has started 3 additional businesses that continue to be successful. He also provides freelance business consulting and has provided consulting services to a major Ambulatory Surgery Center company over the previous two years.
