Tooraj is a mechanical engineer with an MBA from Columbia Business School. He has conducted hundreds of energy efficiency analyses on multiple continents. Tooraj invented a automobile engine heat exchanger, and looks to leverage his engineering, business, operations, and R+D experience as the leader of our engineering department

Morris majored in Math and Physics at MIT, invented an automated lumber cutting software for his first startup, spent several years leading the analytics team at a successful real estate data startup, worked in project finance at GE and in private equity at Red Oak, where he managed the acquisition of an Israeli technology firm

Neda has diverse experience in the energy and sustainability, customer engagement, and financial underwriting space. At the Rainforest Alliance (2003-07), Neda built corporate partnerships, launched volunteer programs, and oversaw external vendors to ensure successful project execution. Neda worked at Vestas Wind Systems in Germany and Denmark (2011-12), and has a similar strategy background in the Energy Track of the Clinton Global Initiative.

Jamil has over 15 years of experience as a full-stack developer. Before BlocPower. Jamil served as a Technical Lead for HBO between 2012 and 2016 and worked as a software developer in various capacities for the Major Baseball League, Constratus LLC, and weightwatchers.com. Jamil's experience specifically includes developing web and mobile applications, managing software products, and launching software products.

Thomas has over a dozen years of experience in engineering management and operations, in both tight knit operations to large scale operations in fast growing start-ups. Thomas has an an electrical and computer engineering background, with 14 years of experience in developing strong, iterative processes company-wide. He has proven success in establishing new project initiatives and operations in both established engineering firms and start-ups.

Dana has served as Program Officer for the Robin Hood Foundation for three years and managed the grant-making process for over 20 organizations in New York City. Dana has worked in similar capacities for the Rainforest Alliance and the Nonprofit Finance Fund, and currently serves on the board of the Hester Street Collaborative. Dana has developed expertise in data management, enterprise operations, community empowerment, and poverty alleviation.
