Adam grew up with a love for design, technology, and games. As an interactive pioneer, his first company mOcean created industry-changing digital work for Sony, Honda, and Rogers. He became a highly regarded creative director at Organic, Blast Radius, and Saatchi & Saatchi. After almost 20 years in the creative agency space, he left Quizative, an innovation agency he co-founded, to pursue his vision of a "game company with a soul."

Inspired by how technology can turn learning, creativity, and imagination into playful experiences, James began in the mid-90s building multimedia e-learning apps, and founded IITI to help Microsoft and RBC develop their digital properties. As an independent guru, he consulted for top digital shops, government, NFPs, and enterprises. Recently, James has been developing iOS children's games, experience that is directly applicable to Blitztream.

Carol is a fan of sci-fi, and is an aspiring novelist and screenwriter, and has been a producer and project manager in the interactive space for almost 2 decades. She piloted the launch of mBanx, the world's first online banking platform. After a few years managing projects at St. Michael's Hospital, her passion for producing creative work was reignited at Quizative by Adam's vision for Blitztream.
