Simon is an award-winning UK manufacturer and a well-known expert on brand strategy and brand development. He was the original Founder of the Shackleton menswear brand and was named a Top 100 UK Manufacturer by Manufacturer magazine in 2015.
Simon is author of three branding books, including 'Build A Brand In 30 Days'.
He speaks internationally about branding and is frequently seen on TV as an expert brand commentator.

Andy was founder of Wind Power Renewables Ltd and brought forward a portfolio of small wind projects. These culminated in the consenting of a 6.8MW two wind turbine project at Eye Airfield in Suffolk: sold to the Ventus Funds in 2012.
Andy established in 2010 the SPV Iceni Energy Ltd: created to develop the straw burning 45MW Biomass project at Snetterton, Norfolk. The project was successfully consented, and sold in 2014 to Danish pension funds.
