Mark Howe has been with the Blacksheep MILSIM event series for six years. He skillfully coordinates the administrative and logistical support for every event – staffing, meals, water, medical support, porta-potties, trash, parking, camping and more. He takes pride in caring for everyone and has become an event personality in his own right.

John Bucciarelli IV is a recent graduate of the University of Connecticut with a degree in Actuarial Science. He has attended Operation Blacksheep as staff and observer controller. He has played an integral role in developing the financial projections for Blacksheep MILSIM.
