His experience includes private placements with Morgan Stanley, Lehman Brothers and Private Equity firms in San Francisco and New York. Doug has worked closely with numerous private companies to maximize their growth.

  • Nick is the Founder and CEO of Black Pearl Mail. His background includes almost a decade of experience in business email. His SaaS email security company was at the forefront of the cloud managed service revolution in 2007. This anti-spam company grew into a joint ­venture organisation called SpamDunk, which was successfully sold in 2012 as Silvercloud Mail Company.

    In 1997 Shane joined Deloitte Consulting and in early 1999 he conceived and managed the development of an Internet based expense management solution, myPcard.com. Shane joined Spendvision in 2004, as the Director of Sales and Marketing, when Spendvision purchased the myPCard.com business from Deloitte. In April 2012 Shane was appointed as CEO, a role he held until his resignation in March 2015.

  • Dan is a lifelong technologist who‘s great passion is creating and leveraging multiple technologies for business enablement. His approach is commercially gritty yet thoroughly customer centric, with a single minded focus on deploying bleeding edge technology to either elevate sales or reduce business costs. Dan’s experience ranges from complex hardware implementations, through application development, to e-commerce development and management.
