The driving force behind BizPro360 and the CEO and chief stockholder of Trade Dynamics Systems, Mr. Newberry has a history of turning good ideas into great (and highly successful) companies. Mr. Newberry began his entrepreneurial career in 1993 by starting a small used computer business from his garage. Within a few years, he transformed this shoestring operation into a successful international export firm.

A gifted prodigy who graduated high school at the age of 14, Mr. Hill has continued to demonstrate brilliance in the business world. He was instrumental in helping CDR Global, a four-person start-up, reach annual revenues of $10 million with 25% margins in the first two years of operations, and negotiated multi-year contracts with companies such as Intel and DHL. Mr. Hill has also helped return existing businesses to profitability.

Since gaining his BS in Computer Science, Mr. Spicer has risen rapidly through the ranks. He quickly ascended from technical support to manager and network engineer at Infowest, where he created a web-based software program, helped revamp an existing web-based application for improved functionality and usability, and devised a new management, operating and incentive plan for the company. Mr. Spicer has been responsible for development of BizPro.

Mr. Hill also demonstrated superlative skill in a variety of positions at ECE before being promoted to network administrator and then lead quality control inspector. At this latter position Mr. Hill was vital in ensuring compliance with international production and shipping standards. He reduced quality issues from 40% to less than 5% in just one year. As CEO of BP360 Marketing Inc., Mr. Hill will be in charge of product definition and marketing.
